G HERE.

Attempting to make cushions hopefully they look okay if not then i will take them in some more. They look alright in the pictures. I will keep churning them out and fingers crossed they will look good in my space in my trolley. LOVE LOVE LOVE MY SPACE. It has really inspired me to keep going and keep producing lots of stuff so by monday /tuesday I plan to have all my cushions made up and have some more book work done and limit my sleep for a bit :) I am really excited and nervous all at the same time!

Seeeeeeeeeee

Flies can be beautiful!! and I'm going to have them broken up into wings and scraps of silk all cascading down the neckline of the bodice, I'm only making 8 actual flies because they are time consuming but seee? isn't it sweet??

Urgent help needed!

Stayed up v late last night, (you could say i was in a iddy biddy bit of a frenzy) and whacked out a pink PVC top to wear with the skirt, it's cropped with black curtain cording around the sleeves and I'm going to put my chandelier necklace on top. I look so bad here but hey, desperate times. (It sits a lot better than that picture shows.)

The question is, how to sort out the yellow top. NO LEGGINGS, JUST NO! I'm sorry, they are just one thing I hate- it's only a matter of opinion, some people hate hoodies etc, I just hate leggings, can't explain it. So what do we think of a simple long skirt like this? (obvs hemmed)

Or I could sort of bundle it up so it looks drapey and get my model to hold it when they walk?? Might not look 'modern' enough though.

ORRRR I could alter a black satin pencil skirt my mum has (well, remake it)??

Help me :-(

OH OH and now i suddenly require another model, (i bet this is all an evil gayle plot to get me down the catwalk) so anyone whose top-half is roughly the same as me?? the bottom bit is easily altered.

maybe i should just whip up another pair of plain turqouse harem trousers?

Respond!!!!!

Selfish Blog.

I'm afraid I'm purely blogging for myself here, as I've found a fantastic blog that I can't be bothered to write down and so I figured if I post it on here, I'll always know where to find it!

Of course some of you may like it too but..... yeah!
I'll post some of my photos/ something actually useful soon!

So like I mentioned earlier, Secrets of the Superbrands was what I watched the other night when they showed how Diesel distress their jeans. Here's the link for Charlotte and whoever else wants to watch it:

I will be blogging again some when when I can get my Internet to work properly so I can show Becca some things I have found online!

Post crit musing

Hey,

Soooo you know you guys weren't keen on the skirt-and-top combo but i don't want to use leggings? Well, trying to think of a way around this as a compromise so i think i want to make some hotpants. Lets rephrase that, i do not WANT to make anything more, in fact the thought of even THINKING about another garment makes me feel exhausted, naseus and upset, HOWEVER i don't want everyone thinking the outfit looks wrong.

So anyway, JESS, i was wondering where you got the pattern for those pant-type-things, obvs i would change it so it wouldn't loook the same. (Its totally cool if you'd rather not have the same pattern though, seriously no pressure!)

Any other ideas for legging/top substitutes would be lovely!
