Re Designing.. JAZZZy

So after an interesting crit we came to the conclusion that I need a plain underskirt..

Clingfilm was suggested..  and even though one of the greats Marc Jacobs has just done it for his SS2012 collection.

I do still want to use clingfilm on my skirt because it's got a nice sheen and reflective quality which goes well with my theme of insects. I thought that maybe instead of just clingfilm, I could maybe create a white underskirt and layer up the clingfilm on top of the skirt which I could sew on. So I'm going to continue experimenting and hopefully I'll get some good results.
