Fact or Opinion

Jess here, I was just flicking through the best dressed section on vogue.com and these were some of the latest pictures.(below)
However it got me thinking about what the definition of best dressed is.
Is it someone who's following the latest trends?
being quirky?
being classic?
most flattering?

I came to the conclusion that 'best dressed' claims to be a fact but is actually an opinion. I think you can decipher who is best dressed to your individual taste but what someone else thinks cannot be wrong, just different. p.s Happy chinese new year!
